From September 26th to 30th, Mutina officially inaugurated its new Headquarters: Spazio Mutina, a place suitable for enhancing the essence of a constantly evolving company, as well as an oasis where to experience the brand universe through the constant interaction between nature and light.

To celebrate the beginning of this new chapter of our history, a new edition of Phenomenon, Botanica and Phenomenon Plate by Tokujin Yoshioka, El Lobo by Patricia Urquiola, Kosei, Renga and Yama by Vincent Van Duysen have been presented. Seven projects that reflect our commitment to good design and innovation, always remaining true to our spirit.

Dancer and choreographer of contemporary dance, Fernando Melo created a special site-specific performance for the inauguration of Spazio Mutina. The inspiration came about from the spaces of the new Headquarters, conceived to represent indoor inhabited spaces: as the audience wanders from room to room, they witness intimate human interactions, as though they were peering into an apartment through an invisible fourth wall. A special thanks to the shoe brand Dr. Martens, that provided the historical 1460 model to guarantee a successful performance.
