Mutina for Art presents the work of Silke Otto-Knapp, with a project created specifically for Casa Mutina Milano.
In the exhibition, curated by Sarah Cosulich, Silke Otto-Knapp uses ceramic backgrounds to create a third dimension in which the viewer moves in relation to the canvases. The exhibition itinerary is enriched by an unprecedented ceramic painting created in collaboration with Mutina. This work, a new and unexpected expression, contains the artist’s poetics and the many souls that make it up.
Mutina fondly remembers the artist who died prematurely and is grateful to her for this journey together, to which this exhibition bears witness.
